Christmas in July Purple Pumpkin share

Hi Everyone,
Seriously, August already, what is going on here!!  Someone said to me just the other day, oh look, 5 months until Christmas!! Boy did she get a look! Eeeep!!
Now you will all know just how much I love my Purple Pumpkin and it is nothing for me to use one or two buttons on a page well, today’s has a  total of 5 buttons on it!
I’ve mixed the spotty button with a floral print and mixed and matched the white and red and see the large red flower there, yummy Manor House.
I’ve used them to complete my flower clusters and the heart button (below) I used to balance out the layout and feature near my title.
and here is the full layout.  This one was taken a few Christmas’s ago now, 2008.   I know, I’m a bit behind – I get nervous scrapping Christmas for some reason.  I think it’s the pressure of choosing one or two shots to capture such an important day and doing them justice, showing them off but not loosing the thoughts and ideas behind them…. maybe that’s why I am more of an “everyday moment” scrapper rather than an “event” scrapper… anywho… I digress…
Here is the full layout 🙂
Thanks again for popping by and a special thank you to all you lovelies who share some love, you all know it means so much 🙂
Hugs
Gwen

  1. Oh, Gwen, this is gorgeous. LOVE the white with the red & the heart says it all:):):) I find Christmas COLOURS my bugbear —they never look 'right' for some reason…..you have nothing to worry about, I reckon, with scrapping The Season:):):)
