I didn’t receive my files via email:

If you checked out with ‘an account login’, you can find all of your orders under the, MY ACCOUNT menu on the Home page.

If you checked out ‘as a guest’, please email me directly and I can arrange for them to be resent.

How to use CUT to YOU cut files:

Your digital downloadable cut file will be received in PNG, JPG and SVG format and can be used on your electronic die cutting machine.

  1. Simply open your software and select NEW.
  2. Be sure to ‘unzip’ the file by double-clicking – Files are sent in .zip format.
  3. Next, find the location of your saved file and IMPORT.
  4. Use your TRACE tool to trace the image and prepare for cutting.
  5. Resize and position as required and send to your machine.
  6. Add to your project to make it beautiful!

Silhouette users – I recommend using the PNG file for best results. Be AWARE there are some issues with opening the SVG in Silhouette Studio, some versions of the software work perfectly, others won’t which is why I recommend using the PNG and Trace feature as described above.

Brother Scan and Cut and Cricut users – I recommend using the SVG file.

What types of files do you have?

Digital Files – Our Digital files are shipped in a .zip folder. They include JPG, PNG and SVG.

Custom Files – Our Custom Cut files are a physical product. For each design, listings include the dimensions of the design to give you an idea of size. They are shipped from our Head Quarters in Australia all around the world.

Where do you ship to?

Digital Files – Our digital files are shipped worldwide electronically via email.

Custom Files – Our Custom Cut files are shipped to the following countries. Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK and USA.
