I didn’t receive my files via email:

If you checked out with ‘an account login’, you can find all of your orders under the, MY ACCOUNT menu on the Home page.

If you checked out ‘as a guest’, please email me directly and I can arrange for them to be resent.

How to use CUT to YOU cut files:

Your digital downloadable cut file will be received in PNG, JPG and SVG format and can be used on your electronic die cutting machine.

  1. Simply open your software and select NEW.
  2. Be sure to ‘unzip’ the file by double-clicking – Files are sent in .zip format.
  3. Next, find the location of your saved file and IMPORT.
  4. Use your TRACE tool to trace the image and prepare for cutting.
  5. Resize and position as required and send to your machine.
  6. Add to your project to make it beautiful!

Silhouette users – I recommend using the PNG file for best results. Be AWARE there are some issues with opening the SVG in Silhouette Studio, some versions of the software work perfectly, others won’t which is why I recommend using the PNG and Trace feature as described above and in this video.

Brother Scan and Cut and Cricut users – I recommend using the SVG file.

Please be sure to check your order before placing to ensure you have the correct hardware and software for use with the file types available. PNG, JPG and SVG. Cutting machines, computer software and browsers are all different so I’m not able to provide one on one IT support of any kind.

What types of files do you have?

Our Digital files are shipped in a .zip folder. Each design includes JPG, PNG and SVG. SVG file is on a transparent background.

What countries do you ship to?

Digital Files – Our digital files are shipped worldwide electronically via email. European customers need to shop in our ETSY Store: due to VAT tax complications.
