Shipping

Digital designs are shipped immediately via email and are also available on the MY ACCOUNT page when checkout is made with a log in.

If you checked out ‘as a guest’, please email me directly and I can arrange for them to be resent if necessary.

Shipping of physical CUSTOM CUT designs is within 3-7 days of order receipt. Most orders ship next day. Shipping times vary however Australian orders usually arrive within 7 days and International orders in 2-3 weeks. All orders are sent with tracking and ship from Queensland, Australia.

Returns

Due to the nature of my digital products, I do not offer refunds on any digital downloads. Please be sure to check your order before placing to ensure you have the correct hardware and software for use with the file types available. PNG, JPG and SVG. Cutting machines, computer software and browsers are all different so I’m not able to provide one on one IT support of any kind. Check our FAQ area for general tips. Shipping is immediate via email.

I’m happy to accept returns on Physical products that are unused and still in original packaging. Please contact me at hello@createdbygwen.com.au to arrange.

No refunds or credits are available on missed COUPON codes. These must be used at the time of purchase and within promotional dates advertised.
