Yummy Pallet challenge time at Scrap Friends… and this time featuring some very “cool” colours indeed 🙂  Mum used to say Blue and Green should never be seen without a colour in between… and for that we have Yellow 🙂

Here is the yummy challenge inspiration…

and my take… a great photo of Mum and me on Mother’s day this year enjoying a glass of bubbly 🙂  We both had a lovely lunch out and were treated like princesses!!

Well hello there everyone, thank goodness Friday is just a sleep away!  I am really feeling it today let me tell you!!

I have a fun share today, my first using The ScrapCake Paper – and it’s one of me and my bestie Kim!!  Love you Kimmy!

I just love how well the Manor House flowers team with The ScrapCake papers… ohh so easy!!

New sketch for Scrap Friends… Sketch # 5

Good morning everyone!

Well, here we are at the start of another month and that means a new sketch for Scrap Friends – yay!!!  I just love Angela’s sketches, they are all FAB – Be sure to pop over to the blog and check them all out 🙂

Here is this months challenge sketch…

I had to have a big think about this one with that super large photo and how to keep it within my style…
I love a challenge and here is what I came up with….
I put gesso over my Thickers letters for the word “Park” as they were not quite the right colour, and love how you can still see some of the colour underneath… and they are now a better fit.

My flower cluster is new and old Prima mixed together and the cute little rose buds you can get here.

I call myself blessed…

Happy day today!!!

The very first of my layouts is now up on the Manor House blog as they introduce the new DT.  Myself and Heather have been lucky enough to go first!!

For my first page, I wanted to do a pic of me and be really true to myself and my style….  So, this layout is “very me” 🙂  I’ve been itching to share it with you!!!

and some close ups of the beautiful flowers…  I have altered the middle sized pink ones “Country Lane” by adding some Stickles and the large beige one “Nikita” I have replaced the centre with a Purple Pumpkin calico button.

Paper is mainly Crate paper and a little Prima… love!!
