This one is my 2nd fav (after the “Twirl” one I shared earlier)… I love the colours and that swimsuit!! She has grown out of it now *pout*

and I also did this one but did not include it in the PP blog post… I saved it for you guys!!

The full shot doesn’t really do it justice… I’m super happy with the cluster at the top, layers of transparency, flowers and the PP buttons.

Also, just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of you who support and encourage me in this scrapping adventure of mine… Online and IRL (you know who you are!!!) – Your kind comments about my work and your support of my addiction (whoops I meant hobby) means the world to me!

Today I woke up to settled in pouring rain… Sooo nice for a lazy Saturday. I do think of all those people affected by floods though, stay safe everyone!!!

It is the start of a new month and a fab new challenge over at Craft Queen. This month we have 2 sketch challenges, one for card makers and one for scrapbookers…

This is Petrina’s sketch for scrappers

and this one is from Liz for card makers

and here is my take… I used Petrina’s sketch and kept it pretty much exact (which is odd for me I know!!) I had a play with some mist and paint on the background too which was fun. I’ve been doing a lot more of that lately!

I just love the Satin Seam binding… it’s so scrunchy and gorgeous!!

Yet another fortnight has whizzed past and we have a new word over at Bird is the Word. This one just screamed travel photo to me and I have a billion not yet scrapped; OK, maybe not quite a billion but they are the ones I tend to choose last, not sure why. So, the word is… “discover” and here is what I came up with….

The gates were the ones I used for Caitlin’s birthday cake, with a new darker colour and some Crackle Accents they have come up a treat and I just love my new red ribbon from Craft Queen!
